Classes
Super Movement offers a variety of classes designed to encourage physical and mental wellbeing in an inclusive, welcoming environment. Our sessions are varied and fun, with differentiated instruction to allow you to work out at a level you’re comfortable with.
We believe strength and mobility are essential to healthy, joyful living, and we look forward to supporting you as a member of our diverse community of Super Movers!
Every new membership begins with a phone chat with our director, Janis, to help you select the perfect option for your personal goals and budget.
What we offer:

Mat Pilates
Join us for an hour on the mat, where our instructors will guide you with clear, progressive cueing to build you to a level of challenge perfect for your body. Our mat class groups are made up of members of all ability levels and our sessions are designed to accommodate every single person in the room.
We know it’s not always possible to make it into the studio, so we live stream every class. This means you can join us from home (or wherever you are!), with personalised direction from our expert instructors who’ll be watching on from the studio.
Studio Pilates
Our studio sessions give you 3:1 access with one of our dedicated and comprehensively trained instructors. During your hour-long session (which flies!) we’ll take you through a personalised sequence using specialised Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and barrels. Whether you need to rehabilitate after an injury, you’re in the postpartum phase, or you want to improve your strength and mobility, our studio sessions will make all the difference.
Functional strength
Our small-group functional strength classes are the ideal complement to your Pilates regimen. During a 45-minute class, you’ll be taken through a fully supported workout of resistance training, high-intensity work, and mobility exercises designed to strengthen your body and support your cardiovascular health.
Functional strength classes are available to Studio and Mat Pilates members.
Kids and teens
Our kids and teens classes have been mindfully designed to empower young people both physically and mentally. Our young members build confidence and learn how to train safely in a positive, encouraging environment under the guidance of our experienced trainers. Our sessions also prepare them for unsupervised training as they become adults and continue on their journey of lifelong fitness.
Our kids’ classes cater to children aged 7-12, and our teens’ classes are aimed at 12-15-year-olds.
